My one guilty pleasure from this album. Nice tone. On top of that the vocal melody is almost annoyingly fun. Bittersweet.
Even still, I feel like they should be kaputz by now. Continual output is starting to make them feel like a punk Nickleback or something.
but From Here To Infirmary is my favorite Alkaline Trio record.
The duo of Mr. Chainsaw and Take Lots With Alcohol back to back is probably the closest thing to a musical incarnation of my life.It is for me too, because FHTI is what I grew up on and what I know best. It will forever remind me of being in 9th grade, and it was the first record I really geeked out over.
