Song Of The Day: Saves The Day ‘Ups and Downs.’ In my opinion, one of the best song in their catalog; surprised it never made it on an album. The music is so upbeat and happy, but really listen to the lyrics. You do realize it’s about suicide, right? Anyway, it’s a great song and if you haven’t heard it, no one can call you a liar now.
